    Italian Stuffed Chicken Airfryer Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 16 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breasts, 4 oz each)
    • 2 fresh red tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
    • 2 cloves of white garlic, minced
    • ¼ bunch of fresh American basil (8 leaves handpicked)
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ teaspoon ground black peppercorn
    • 4 slices Prosciutto
    • 4 toothpicks

    Instructions

    • 1. Prepare tomatoes, garlic and basil.
    • 2. Place each chicken breast in between two pieces of plastic wrap. Pound the chicken until thin (1/4 - 1/2 inch thick).
    • 3. Place 2 tomato slices, 1/4 of the garlic, & 2 fresh basil leaves on one side of the chicken.
    • 4. Fold the other half & place seam side down. Season with salt & pepper.
    • 5. Wrap each stuffed breast with a slice of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick
    • 6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts seam side down in the Philips Airfryer basket.
    • 7. Cook at 400F for 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, flipping halfway through.
    • Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the Airfryer is preheated!
    • This recipe was made using the Philips Airfryer XXL (HD9630). If making in another version of the Philips Airfryer, use half of the ingredients or cook multiple batches. Recipe created in partnership with Innit.
