1. Make the chimichurri, mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl, taste for salt, and set aside for the flavors to meld while you grill the steak.
2. Season each steak generously with salt and pepper and preheat the Philips Smoke-less Grill to a high heat. Cook the steaks for 7 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes for a medium cooked steak. If you like a medium rare steak cook for 5 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and topping with the chimichurri.
