2 whole Red Roasted Bell Pepper, jarred or homemade
2 cloves White Garlic Clove
½ cup Slivered Almonds, preferably toasted
2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Canned Tomato Paste without salt
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper
¼ cup Olive Oil
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend/pulse a few times until combined. Season to taste.
