Remove the Philips health watch at least once a day (e.g. before or after dinner) to clean your wrist/arm with some mild soap and water. Clean the watch regularly, especially if your watch becomes dirty or wet during an activity. Make sure that your watch and arm are dry before refastening the watch, to reduce the risk of skin irritation. If you use skin care products, do so sparingly on the areas of the skin that are covered by the watch.
Use a slightly damp or dry cloth to wipe the surface of the device. Don't use compressed air, scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids, such as petrol or acetone to clean the device.
