If your headset supports the Bluetooth profiles used by the phone it will be compatible (see “What is a Bluetooth profile?“).
While any phone that supports Bluetooth will typically allow wireless voice communication, not every Bluetooth phone also supports music via Bluetooth stereo.
Many new phones will support Bluetooth stereo, however there are a few exceptions. Make sure your phone supports “Bluetooth Stereo” or “A2DP” and you will be able to enjoy wireless music.
