Quiet hissing sound when using noise cancellation on my Philips headphones

Published on 2017-02-28

A quiet hissing sound (called “noise floor”) can be caused by the amplifier in the noise cancellation headphones. This is normal and not a malfunction.

When there are no other sounds, you might hear this hissing sound. When you are playing music, you will not be able to hear it.
