There is no connection between my Philips Skincare Measurement device and App

If you are having trouble setting up a connection between you Philips Skincare Measurement device and the Philips Skincare App, please read the possible causes and how to easily fix them yourself.

The Philips Skincare App is not compatible with your current device and / or system

Check your current device and/or system. The Philips Skincare App is supported by iPhone 5S or higher, running on iOS 9.0 or higher.

Bluetooth on your iPhone and / or the Philips Skincare Measurement device is switched off

Please make sure that Bluetooth on your iPhone and on the Philips Skincare Measurement device is switched on.
