My air purifier is plugged in but it does not work

Find out what are the possible solutions if your Philips Air purifier does not work even though it is plugged in and switched on.

The timer of your Philips Air purifier is set to a specific time interval

Reset or turn off the timer.

The wall outlet does not work

Try a different electrical outlet or check the wall switch.

The filter alert status is displaying the filter code

Replace the corresponding filter and reset the filter lifetime counter.
