    Tracking brush head order status

    A confirmation email will be sent to you when an order has been placed. The email will have information on the total shipping cost and estimated delivery date.

    For status tracking, log in to your Amazon account on Amazon.com and click on “Your Orders”.

    Changing a brush head order

    If you would like to change your order, it can be done in the Philips Sonicare App by following below instructions:

    1. Open the Philips Sonicare App, make sure that you have an internet connection
    2. Tap the menu icon and go to “My brush head”
    3. Tap the “Manage reorder settings”
    4. You will be redirected to your Amazon account, where you can pause or change the reorder change orders settings

    Cancelling a brush head order

    You can cancel all orders before they are marked as “Shipping Soon” in your order status. Log in to your Amazon account on Amazon.com and click on “Your Orders” to cancel an order.

    Cancelling my Philips Sonicare Brush Head reordering service

    You can cancel your reordering service in the Philips Sonicare App by following these steps:

    1. Open the Philips Sonicare App, make sure that you have an internet connection
    2. Tap the menu icon and go to “My brush head”
    3. Tap the “Manage reorder settings”
    4. You will be redirected to your Amazon account, where you can pause or cancel reorder service

    After canceling the service, the Philips Sonicare App will no longer place orders for you. If you decide you want to register again, you can re-enable the service via the Philips Sonicare App.

    Returning a brush head order

    You can make use of the Amazon Return Center to return a brush head order. Visit the Amazon Return Center.

    Payment and Shipping information

    At this time, Philips Sonicare Brush Head reordering service only accepts as the payment method.

    Gift cards, debit cards, and promotional codes cannot be used as a payment method for automatic replenishment orders.

    If you are an Amazon Prime member, you will not be charged for shipping fees. If you are not an Amazon Prime member, you will cover shipping costs for orders under $35.
