What is Moments, and how do I subscribe?

Moments is available to Baby Monitor+ app users with version 1.8.0 or later and a compatible baby unit. Just so you know, the availability of this service varies by country, and we will expand availability over time.

Also, make sure that your Philips Avent Connected Baby Monitor is the compatible model and has the required firmware:

• SCD95X: Baby unit firmware 2.4.0 or higher
• SCD97X: Baby unit firmware 1.4.0 or higher

To subscribe to Moments, open the Baby Monitor+ app > Your Baby > Moments > Subscribe.

A Moments subscription is linked to one user account. If you have more than one baby unit, you can assign Moments to either one and switch at any time.

Once you have set up Moments in your Baby Monitor+ app, videos will appear there. If you want to temporarily pause recordings, you can adjust the trigger settings to pause video recording. Even if you pause recordings, your subscription will remain active.

You can start your subscription at any time and cancel before the next billing date. Only the admin who started the subscription can cancel it.

Different user types are granted specific access to Moments:

• First and second admins can subscribe, change the baby unit, and view Moments videos.
• Guest users cannot access Moments videos.

Videos are stored in the cloud for up to 7 days. We recommend downloading your chosen video to your phone if you want to keep it for longer. There is no limit to the number of videos recorded during that time. On the playback screen, you can share and download the video, and mark it as a favorite.
