Enjoy a tried and true potato favorite with less guilt. With up to 90% less fat*, the homemade french fry when made in the Philips Airfryer is just as crispy as deep fried.

Servings 4, Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium fresh russet potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1. Prepare potatoes.
  • 2. Combine ingredients & mix well.
  • Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the Airfryer is preheated!
  • This recipe was created using the Philips Airfryer XXL (HD9630). If making in another version of the Philips Airfryer, use half of the ingredients or cook multiple batches.

Chili & Tarragon Mayonnaise

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Regular Mayonnaise

1½ tbsp Fresh Tarragon, leaves removed, minced

1½ tsp Chili Powder

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

Creamy Horseradish Dip

 

Ingredients:

1½ cups Sour Cream

2½ tbsp Prepared Horseradish

1 whole Fresh Lemon

½ tsp Kosher Salt

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

Mexican Ketchup Relish

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Tomato Ketchup

½ cup Sweet Relish

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1½ tsp Cumin Ground

¼ cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves

2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

Sweet & Sour Sauce

 

Ingredients:

2 whole Red Roasted Bell Pepper, jarred or homemade

2 cloves White Garlic Clove

½ cup Slivered Almonds, preferably toasted

2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar

2 tsp Smoked Paprika

2 tbsp Canned Tomato Paste without salt

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper

¼ cup Olive Oil

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend/pulse a few times until combined. Season to taste.

Yogurt Dip

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

½ cup Tomato Ketchup

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Ground Garlic

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well

Romesco Sauce

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

3 tbsp Fresh Chives Minced

3 tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley Chopped

1 pinch Kosher Salt

1 pinch Black Ground Peppercorn

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

* When compared to making fresh fries in a conventional deep fryer.
