Only the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart and Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum Connected are able to connect to the Philips Sonicare app. You can identify your connected Philips Sonicare toothbrush by the icons on the handle.
The Philips Sonicare app is optimized for Android 5.1 and greater, and iOS 9.1 or later. Be sure your operating system meets these standards and your smartphone software is up-to-date. Keep your Philips Sonicare toothbrush away from other Bluetooth devices as this may interfere with the connection. Test the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone.
