    The Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart connects to the Philips Sonicare app for a guided brushing experience. Follow these steps to setup your Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart to the Philips Sonicare app.

     

    1. Charge your toothbrush for 24 hours
    2. Download the latest version of the Philips Sonicare app from the Apple app store or Google Play storeYou can download the Sonicare for Kids app from the Apple app store or Google Play store
    3. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone
    4. Open the Philips Sonicare app
    5. Follow the steps in the app to setup your Sonicare account and connect your toothbrush

    Was the Bluetooth connection successful?

    Yes. I can connect

    No. The Philips Sonicare app cannot connect to or detect my Philips Sonicare toothbrush

    Step 2:
    Do you have a DiamondClean Smart or FlexCare Platinum Connected?

     

    Only the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart and Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum Connected are able to connect to the Philips Sonicare app. You can identify your connected Philips Sonicare toothbrush by the icons on the handle.

    No. I do not have a connected toothbrush

    Step 3:
    Test your Bluetooth connection

     

    The Philips Sonicare app is optimized for Android 5.1 and greater, and iOS 9.1 or later. Be sure your operating system meets these standards and your smartphone software is up-to-date.

     

    Keep your Philips Sonicare toothbrush away from other Bluetooth devices as this may interfere with the connection.

     

    Test the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone.

     

    1. Turn Bluetooth off and back on or try to connect to another Bluetooth device.
    2. Can you connect your smartphone to other devices? open the Philips Sonicare app and try to connect to your Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart again.

    Was the Bluetooth connection successful?

    Yes. I can connect

    No. I cannot connect my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart to the Philips Sonicare app
