    There is no SenseIQ data

    If you do not receive any SenseIQ data, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.

    • Check if you have activated and turned on the SenseIQ feature. First, you need to download the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ App on your smartphone. Then, activate or turn on the SenseIQ feature in the Parent Unit or the App's menu.
    • If the Baby Unit is attached to the included mount system (2-in-1 mount or wall-only mount), check if the Baby Unit is set up correctly; step-by-step instructions are included in the user manual and Baby Monitor+ app. Ensure everything is mounted and positioned well so that your baby is in good view. Use a patterned blanket and ensure good contrast between the baby blanket/sleeping bag and the mattress cover.
    • If you are not using the mount, ensure that the Baby Unit is not too far from your baby. If it is too far, the Baby Unit camera cannot pick up the baby's tiny up-and-down chest motions and detect the breathing rate.
