    Cry Translation service does not work

    If your 90-day free trial period for Cry Translation service does not work, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.
    • Ensure you use the same user account to log in to the service.
    • Ensure the Baby Unit is online. Cry Translation only works when your Baby Unit is connected to the internet.
    • The 90-day free trial period has ended. You can subscribe to the Cry Translation service via the App.
    • If you are a new user but the free trial is still unavailable, please contact us .
    • Ensure you use the same user account to log in to the service.
    • Ensure the Baby Unit is online. Cry Translation only works when your Baby Unit is connected to the internet.
    • In case of an issue with the Cry Translation service subscription or payment, in the App go to the Manage Cry Translation option and connect to the Zoundream support team for assistance.
