1. Add flour to the pasta mixing chamber, close the lid and turn on the pasta maker.
2. In measuring cup, add egg and carrot juice. Mix well until combined.
3. Select program to 1 cup and press start.
4. Slowly pour carrot juice mixture into opening on lid.
5. Pasta will appear after about 3 minutes. If using penne pasta, cut to desired size (about 1 inch long).
6. In a pot of boiling water, add 1 tsp of salt and olive oil. Add pasta and boil for 5-8 minutes until pasta floats to top and is al dente. Drain and set aside.
7. In sauce pan, add 1 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup cream sauce, 1/4 cup fresh basil and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
8. Put pasta into a plate or bowl, top with sauce. Enjoy!
