Brushing too hard can damage your teeth and gums. To prevent this, your Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean emits a gentle pulsing sound to remind you to ease off on the pressure.
Always know when to replace your brush heads
All brush heads wear out over time. But our BrushSync technology tracks how long you've been using your brush head for, and how hard you've been brushing. When it's time to replace it, a light on your handle and a short beep will let you know. That way, you can be sure your brush head is doing a good job.

Sparkly Clean Teeth
I’ve been an Oral B elec toothbrush user for a long time. Just decided to switch things up, so purchased the Sonicare 6100. At first it took a few brushes to get used to the much tighter and almost ticklish feel inside my mouth, but once I got the hang of brushing with the Sonicare I’d say I’m very happy. Teeth feel sparkly clean after 2 minutes. It does feel a bit messier because of the rapid movement of the brush so now I’m back to standing near a sink while brushing. Bottom line, if you’re switching from other brands it will feel different and take a while to acclimate, but it will be worth the time. Great product and with the extended warranty of 30 months I think it’s worth the price.

High Tech meets Skeptic
I finally decided after all these years to get an electric toothbrush. I was hesitant after using "lesser" options. Quite frankly I was astonished after the very first use. Technology has come a long ways and I couldn't be more thrilled to have made the leap. I'm going to buy this for both my kids.
