    Italian Meatballs

    Our Traditional Italian Meatballs are easy to prepare and can be fried to perfection in our Philips Airfryer. Pair these meatballs with spaghetti and our unique Romesco sauce, and you and the family will enjoy a flavorful spaghetti and meatballs dish!

    Ingredients

    • 1 Lemon
    • 1 lb Ground Beef
    • 2 Springs Fresh Rosemary
    • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • ¼ Fresh Sweet Onion
    • 1 cup Low Fat Milk
    • 2 tsp Dry White Wine
    • 2 Cups Ciabatta
    • 3 Garlic Cloves
    • 1/3 cup Italian Parsley
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 Kosher Salt
    • Black Pepper

    Instructions

    • 1. Soak Bread: Place the bread in a medium bowl. Cover with milk. Set aside to soak until soggy. 2 cups Ciabatta, cut into small cubes; 1 cup Low Fat Milk.
    • 2. Prep Ingredients: Crack 1 egg in a small bowl. Add additional yolks to egg bowl & discard remaining egg whites. 1/3 cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped; 1 Egg, large; 2 Egg Yolks, large; 3 Garlic Cloves, minced; ¼ Fresh Sweet Onion, minced
    • 3. Form Meatballs: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Squeeze liquid from bread & add to meatball mixture. Mix well with hands. Form meat into 12-3 ounce balls. Brush top of meatballs with olive oil. 1lb Ground Beef; 1/3 cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped; ¼ Yellow Onion, minced; ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese; 3 Garlic Cloves, minced; 1 Egg, large; 2 Egg Yolks, large; 2 tsp Dry White Wine; 1 Lemon, zested; 2 tsp Kosher Salt; 1 tsp Black Pepper.
    • 4. Airfry: Add meatballs & rosemary to Philips Airfryer basket. Coak at 400 F for 25 minutes, until cooked through. Tip: Cook in batches for best results or insert the Philips AIrfryer Double Layer Rack, cooking 6 meatballs on top and 6 on bottom. 2 Springs Fresh Rosemary.

    • Italian Meatballs with Romesco Sauce:
    • Ingredients:
    • • 2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers, jarred
    • • 2 Garlic Cloves
    • • ½ cup Almond Slivers, Preferably toasted
    • • 2 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar
    • • 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
    • • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
    • • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
    • Instruction:
    • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend/pulse a few times until combined Season to taste.
    • 2. Serve and Enjoy!
