    Ricotta Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives
    • All Purpose Flour ¼ cup
    • 1 Orange
    • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
    • ½ Ricotta Cheese
    • ¼ Bread crumbs
    • 1 Egg Yolk
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 Pinch Black Pepper

    Instructions

    • 1. Prep Ingredients: Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix thoroughly. Separate the egg & reserve egg white for next step. Form into balls slightly smaller than golf balls. Let ricotta balls rest for 15 minutes. 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives, minced; 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, finely chopped; ½ cup Ricotta Cheese; ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour; 1 Egg Yolk; 1 tsp Kosher Salt; 1 pinch Black Pepper; ¼ orange, zested.
    • 2. Create Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs & oil. Mix until crumbly. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white. Coat the ricotta balls in the egg white then in the breadcrumb mixture. ¼ cup Bread crumbs; 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil; 1 Egg White.
    • 3. Airfry: Place ricotta balls into cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer. Set to 400 F & cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • 4. Serve and Enjoy!
