Tasty Stuffed Greek Meatballs
Want to step away from traditional meatballs for a change? Look no further! Stuffed with feta cheese and seasoned with spices, our Greek Meatballs will have your taste buds tingling. And in less than 30 minutes!
- 1 Lemon
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 sliced White Bread
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Feta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- Black Pepper
- 1. Prep Ingredients: Place bread in small food processor & pulse to a fine crumb. Thoroughly combine ingredients in a large bowl. Form 10 meatballs. 1 slice Sliced White Bread, toasted; 1 lb Ground Beef; 1 Egg; 3 Tbsp Feta Cheese; 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano, finely chopped; 1 Lemon, zested; Black Pepper, to taste.
- 2. Airfry: Place the meatballs into the cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer. Set to 400 F & cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once for even cooking.
- 3. Serve: Got buns? Serve these up as sliders.
