Frequently Asked Questions
How do I tell my Philips Sonicare battery is low?
Your Philips Sonicare toothbrush has smart ways to tell when it is time for a recharge. Check the following signs to see if your battery is still full.
Check the battery light
If you start to notice these signals we recommend that you place the handle on the charger to charge:
• Your battery light on the handle will flash yellow when it begins to run low
• You hear 3 beeps along with the yellow flashing light to indicate the battery is running low
• Your handle will continue to turn on with a low battery, however it will not turn on once the charge is depleted
The battery icon on your handle indicates the battery status of your toothbrush.
Icon fully white lit: your battery is fully charged
Icon blinking white: your battery is about half full
Icon blinking amber: your battery is running low, there are only about 3 brushing left
icon blinking amber accompanied by 3 beeps: your battery is empty, no brushing possible anymore
