    I cannot sync the Philips SmartSleep Deep Sleep Headband with the SleepMapper App

    If you have difficulty synicing with the SleepMapper App, read the following advice to help you solve the issue. 

    I am unable to sync the headband with the SleepMapper App, what is happening?

    Turn the headband off (3 second press) and then back on (1 second press). Make sure that the phone that you are syncing, is the one which was originally paired with the headband.
