    Can I use the Philips locks on an outdoor gate?

    No, it is not recommended to fully expose the lock mechanism to the outdoors. This lock is designed for entry doors, not for outdoor use on patio doors or gate doors.
    Note:
    Entry door refers to a door, gate or passage where you enter a building; an entrance hall.
    Gate door refers to a barrier like a door that is used to close an opening in a fence or a wall outside a building, the part of a fence or outside wall that you can open and close so that you can enter or leave a place.
     

    Do the Philips DDL-210X series locks support external battery charging?

    No, the DDL210X locks do not have a charging port to allow this functionality.

    What is the operating temperature of the lock?

    32~120°F(0~50℃)for indoor unit and -31~151°F(-35~66℃)for outdoor unit.

    How long is the warranty?

    There is a limited lifetime for mechanical parts and two years for electronic warranty.
