1/3 Cup Silantro
½ Fresh Sweet Onion

1lb Ground Pork
1 Butterhead Lettuce
2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
¼ Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
½ cup Cucumber
½ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare ingredients: 1 head Butterhead Lettuce, lettuce cups; ½ Fresh Sweet Onion, medium sized, minced; 1/3 cup Cilantro, leaves removed, minced; ¼ cup Scallions, thinly sliced; 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced; 2 Carrots, shredded; ½ cup Cucumber, thinly sliced.
2. Form Meatballs: Combine ingredients in a large bowl & mix thoroughly. From into 8 2-inch balls. 1 lb Ground Pork; ½ Fresh Sweet Onion, medium sized, minced; 1/3 cup Cilantro, minced; ¼ cup Scallions, thinly sliced; 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced; 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil; 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce; ½ tsp Kosher Salt; ½ tsp Black Pepper.
3. Airfry: Place meatballs in the cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer. Cook at 375 F for 24 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Serve and Enjoy!: Place each meatballs into a lettuce cup. Add cucumber, carrot, and cilantro. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve. 1 head Butterhead Lettuce; ½ cup Cucumber, thinly sliced; 2 Carrots, shredded; ¼ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
