The flavors of curry packed into a delicious burger form! These curry beef burgers are grilled to perfection, topped with an easy curry mayo, and then wrapped in lettuce for a flavor packed, low carb, and delicious meal ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 tablespoons curry paste, divided
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- for serving: lettuce cups, sliced onion, chopped cilantro, and whatever else you like to eat with burgers!
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add beef, 1 tablespoon curry paste, curry powder, turmeric, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper and mix to combine. Form into 4 equal sized patties.
- Turn on Philips Smokeless Grill and add burgers, spacing out. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on preference
- While the burgers cook, make the curry mayo. Add mayo, 1/2 tablespoon curry paste, lime juice, salt, and pepper, and mix to combine.
- Top burgers with mayo and serve burgers with sides of choice! We did lettuce wraps with sliced red onion, cilantro, and a side of Air Fryer potato wedges, thanks to Eat the Gains.
