    Falafel Patties

    Enjoy this tasty Falafel recipe! With our Falafel dish, we offer a variety of different dipping sauces, to try out, that pair perfect with the recipe. Enjoy this dish for an afternoon snack or pair with pita and have for dinner!

    Ingredients

    • 1 can, rinsed & well dried Canned Chickpeas
    • ½ cup Italian Parsley
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 3 Garlic Cloves
    • 2 Hand Torn Scallions
    • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
    • 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 2 Tbsp Gluten Free Flour
    • ½ tsp Baking Powder

    Instructions

    • 1. Prep Ingredients. Combined ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until a moldable ‘dough’ comes together. If mixture feels too wet, add more flour.
    • 2. Form falafels. Form falafel mixture into 10 tablespoon size balls. Flatten into disc like shapes. Place in fridge to set & chill for at least 30 minutes.
    • 3. Airfry. Lightly spray or brush falafel with olive oil. Add falafel to Philips Airfryer basket. Cook at 385 for about 10 minutes or until crisp. Tip: for best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!
    • 4. Serve. Pair with pita if desired. Enjoy!

    • • 1 ½ Tbsp, minced Fresh Tarragon
    • • ½ Tbsp Chili Powder

    • 1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
    • 2. Serve!

    • • 1 ½ cups Sour Cream
    • • 2 ½ Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
    • • 1 juiced lemon
    • • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
    • Instructions:
    • 1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
    • 2. Serve!
    • Falafel Patties with Yogurt Dip
    • Ingredients:
    • • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • • 3 Tbsp minced Fresh Chives
    • • 3 Tbsp, chopped Italian Parsley
    • • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • Instructions:
    • 1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
    • 2. Serve!
