    Meatless Mondays just got a lot easier with your Philips Soup Maker. Make delicious fish stew in less than 20 minutes!

    Servings 4, Preparation time 10 mins,

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups clam juice
    • 1/2 pound white fish fillets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    • 1/2 cup celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Garnish:
    • Chopped fresh parsley

    Directions

    • 1. Place all ingredients into the Soup Maker. Stir ingredients, close lid, select chunky soup program, and then start.
    • 2. When soup is ready, open lid, and serve in bowls. Garnish with parsley.
    • Tip: Add 2 teaspoons turmeric in step 1 for a different flavor.
