    Salmon Kabobs

    Looking for a change? Why not try these Salmon Kabobs in the Philips Airfryer XXL. A great dish for when you’re on the go or are entertaining guests.

    Servings 4, Preparation time 30 – 45 minutes, Cooking time: less than 15 minutes

    • 8 ea Bamboo Skewers 6-inch
    • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano chopped
    • 2 teaspoons Unsalted White Toasted Sesame Seeds
    • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
    • 1.5 pounds Pacific Salmon Fillet 1.25 to 1.50 inch thick fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 2 whole Fresh Eureka Lemon very thin rounds
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil


    • 1. Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
    • 2. Combine spice ingredients in a small bowl (Oregano, Sesame Seeds, Ground Cumin, & Crushed Red Pepper). Set aside.
    • 3. Cut salmon into cube shapes. Cut lemon into thin slices.
    • 4. Beginning & ending with salmon, layer salmon & folded lemon slices onto 8 skewers.
    • 5. Lightly brush the skewers with oil & season with salt and spice mixture.
    • 6. Cook at 400 F for 8 to 9 minutes, checking occasionally.
    • 7. Serve & enjoy!
    • Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the AirFryer is preheated!
    • This recipe was created using the Philips Airfryer XXL (HD9630). If making in another version of the Philips Airfryer, use half of the ingredients or cook multiple batches.
