    Salmon with Dill Sauce

    Whip up Salmon that is crispy on the outside and evenly cooked on this inside with the Philips Airfryer XXL. Pair with dill sauce for a twist.

    Ingredients

    • 4 whole Pacific Salmon Fillet
    • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Ground Peppercorn
    • Drill Sauce:
    • 0.5 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
    • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
    • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed finely chopped

    Instructions

    • 1. Season salmon with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Black Ground Pepper.
    • 2. Place the fish into the cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer.
    • 3. Set to 350 F & cook for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
    • 4. Combine dill sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
    • 5. Top cooked salmon with the dill sauce. Enjoy!
    • Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the AirFryer is preheated!
    • This recipe was created using the Philips Airfryer XXL (HD9630). If making in another version of the Philips Airfryer, use half of the ingredients or cook multiple batches.
