Ingredients
4 whole Pacific Salmon Fillet
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pinch Kosher Salt
1 pinch Black Ground Peppercorn
Drill Sauce:
0.5 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 cup Sour Cream
1 pinch Kosher Salt
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed finely chopped
Instructions
1. Season salmon with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Black Ground Pepper.
2. Place the fish into the cooking basket & slide into the Philips Airfryer.
3. Set to 350 F & cook for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Combine dill sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
5. Top cooked salmon with the dill sauce. Enjoy!
Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the AirFryer is preheated!
