The Philips health watch has a touch sensitive ring around the display. You can use the touch ring to navigate through the modes. The home screen of the watch shows the current time that is synced with your smartphone. To access the main menu, tap on the menu button (button on top of the ring). The menu has 6 different modes which provide information about your activity, heart rate, sleep, time functions and settings. Tap on the touch ring next to the icon to enter that mode. To return to the main menu tap on the menu button.
Only the touch ring around the display responds to touch.
To navigate between different screens, you can also swipe left or right across the lower portion of the touch ring.
