Worse replacement unit which lasted maybe 2 months and was very costly I will not purchase another product from them.

I started using my RQ12+ a few days ago and within three days the orange blade retaining plastics started getting loose causing the blades to wobble when shaving. I wish they can be made to grip and retain the blades better. The blade itself is good but the orange retainer is the issue. Wish I can get a better blade retainer. I want to add that I have been a faithful Philips shaver user for over 35years. Never used any other shaver

Takes longer to get results. Shave leaves stubble. Blades fall loose. Made from cheap plastic. Really liked the original RQ12 blade. Wish Philips would go back.

Please bring the old version back. The new version pulls hair and does not glide as smoothly as the old one did. Had to shave my face for 10 minutes and still had some hair left after.

If you make a product that has great reviews why would you take the heart of the product and change it to something inferior?

I've been trying to use this razor for some time since I replaced the head. I've finally given up as it is just too uncomfortable. I doubt I'll be getting another Norelco Razor. Currently I'm back to a blade and shaving cream. Faster, easier, and far more comfortable. I was hoping that by now they would produce something better, but I just checked online and this is it.

After 17 years of Philips Norelco products, the Braun 9 series is in my Amazon cart. It wouldn't be there if I could still purchase my Arcitec RQ10 heads. How many customers will you lose before you correct this problem, Philips?
