If you use Philips Sonicare AirFloss with water, periodically filling the reservoir with a small amount of mouth rinse and pressing the activation button repeatedly until there is no spray left will help prevent bacteria growth.
If you use Philips Sonicare AirFloss with mouth rinse on a daily basis, periodically rinsing the unit with water and allowing it to dry will help to keep the unit from developing a build-up of stickiness or chemicals from the mouth rinse.
For more in-depth cleaning, you can easily clean the reservoir as desired using a small cotton swab. Be careful not to leave any particles within the reservoir.
