    Philips Support

Why is Netflix no longer supported on my Philips product?

    Published on 2021-06-20
Unfortunately, new requirements by streaming services sometimes result in cessation of support for older products

In this case, the copy protection used in older products from all brands, including Philips, has been declared end of life by Microsoft. This means that it is no longer supported and thus Netflix has disallowed streaming of their content on products that used that copy protection.

These products will cease working on December 2, 2019.
